How do I return an item?

Damaged Item or Defective Return Policy:

All of our jewelry pieces are handmade and due to the time and attention we put into each item we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Original sales receipts must accompany all damaged returns.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Sandy Kapish at Customer Support, 678-905-3354 immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order, but received from us will qualify for store credit or exchange. We will ship out your replacements once we receive the returned products.

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective products with in 90 days of delivery of your order. After 90 days there will be a nominal charge determined by us for the labor and materials needed to fix the damaged item. You will be charged for repair before we ship out your item. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
